With Hunnex & Shoemaker’s 3(16) Fiduciary Services, we take on many of those responsibilities for you — from signing Form 5500 to approving distributions. Our goal is to reduce your risk, ease your administrative burden, and give your employees the confidence that their plan is managed with care.

3(16) Fiduciary Services
Approve and process plan withdrawals (termination, hardship, QDRO, loans)
Identify and distribute Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
Interpret and apply plan document provisions
Maintain ERISA Bond and compliance documentation
Retain signed copies of plan and administrative documents (distributions, loans, 5500s, etc.)
Provide participant access to documents as required by ERISA
Review compliance testing results and process corrections when needed
Prepare annual plan audit documentation
Sign and file Form 5500 and Form 8955-SSA (optional)
